DAVID DISCUSSES THE LITTLE THEATER
David, a senior, discusses the gone but not forgotten Little Theater. The theater was a beloved part of the 1980 building that is now the staff lounge. The old staff lounge was itself a casualty of the partial demolition of the 1980 building as part of the overall school renovation plan.

The assorted artists Mr. Leif and Mr. Fadness discuss are:

--George Perez (known for work with Marvel comics--notably The Avengers and Fantastic Four for Marvel in the 1970s, and then The New Teen Titans for DC in the 1980s)
--Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby (legendary comic artists, almost always mentioned together, as they formed the real core of Marvel's breakthrough years way back in the day. Ditko illustrated Spiderman, and Kirby basically illustrated everything else, such as Fantastic Four and Captain America)
--John Byrne (best known for his 1980s work with X-Men; he also did stunning work on Superman with DC)
--Jack Davis (known for his work in Mad magazine, a famous old humor publication)
--Mort Drucker (also known for his work in Mad magazine)
MS. PACKARD DISCUSSES COOKING
And MS. PACKARD from Home and Careers discusses the joys of food in a chat at our lovely cafe, located at the basement of the 1922 building.

We're going to do two things today: get started with SORA, an e-book reader, and learn what's available on it.
